BANDUNG, iNewsBandungraya.id - Kabar mengenai calon pemain anyar Persib Bandung, Uilliam Barros, semakin menguat. Striker yang namanya masuk dalam daftar belanja Maung Bandung ini memberikan indikasi kuat akan segera bergabung setelah berpamitan dengan klubnya di Liga Kuwait, Al-Fahaheel SC.
Kabar ini semakin santer setelah berbagai laporan menyebutkan bahwa Uilliam Barros telah mencapai kesepakatan dengan Persib Bandung. Meski namanya belum familiar di telinga pecinta sepak bola Indonesia, termasuk Bobotoh, pemain berusia 30 tahun ini memiliki pengalaman malang melintang di Liga Brasil, Arab Saudi, dan Kuwait.
Di musim 2024/2025, Uilliam Barros membela Al-Fahaheel SC. Namun, per hari ini, Kamis (29/5/2025), melalui unggahan terbarunya di media sosial, sang pemain mengucapkan salam perpisahan kepada klub tersebut.

"Today I say goodbye to Al Fahaheel FC after two seasons of a lot of learning, dedication and unforgettable moments.
I'm grateful to the club for opening the doors to me and giving me the opportunity to wear this shirt with great pleasure. I thank the management and the technical committee for their trust in my work, and especially to my colleagues.
